CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us at 832-706-0555 to cancel your appointment. A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. If not notified, there is a 50% cancellation fee charged. There are absolutely no refunds for ANY service done by Glam Life Beauty Bar. To save your appointment slot, there is a $29 deposit required for all appointments. Failure to schedule appointment without deposit will result in your appointment being subject to cancellation. Failure to complete your waiver and intake forms after booking, will result in your appointment being subject to cancellation. Glam Life Beauty Bar is NOT responsible for any client who does not complete their waiver and intake forms prior to their scheduled appointment.
