CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment & Payment Policy * A $29 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. * Appointments scheduled before 12:00 PM require the remaining makeover balance to be paid 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited. * Appointments scheduled at 12:00 PM or later require only the $29 deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at your appointment. * Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel, reschedule, arrive more than 15 minutes late, fail to attend your appointment, or fail to complete any required payment, your deposit will be forfeited. * A new $29 deposit is required to book any future appointment, including appointments that are rescheduled. * Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. * Clients are responsible for reviewing appointment confirmations, reminder emails, text messages, and invoices. Failure to receive or respond to notifications does not waive these policies. Refund Policy I understand and agree that all services and product sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By booking, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
